Domestic Shipping

 

All shipments from Dragon Herbs are sent Via UPS where applicable.  In areas there UPS does not deliver, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is used or if by request due to being more convenient for you.

 

Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase for all domestic shipments based on weight and zip code.

 

Shipments are sent from Los Angeles, CA and the estimated delivery times for GROUND shipping are shown below

Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. International Shipping

 

Dragon Herbs calculates international shipping charges after purchase is complete based on weight and country destination. 

 

A separate shipping charge will be billed to the credit card used for the purchase.  The average international shipping charge using DHL is $45 and USPS is $35, so please allow for the additional charge.

 

Dragon Herbs ships internationally with DHL every Tuesday and Thursday and with USPS Express International every Wednesday and Friday.  Please note that we ship USPS Priority International to Canada.

 

Transit times with DHL are generally 3 business days but may be delayed by customs.  To determine transit time for your country using DHL please click here. (http://www.dhl-usa.com/TransitTimes/IntlTTime.asp?nav=TransitTimes). 

 

USPS Express International transit time is 3-5 business days but may be delayed by customs.

 

Countries with known problems at customs that may reject or delay the arrival of your shipment are: Spain, France, Mexico and most of Latin America.

Tracking

 

Domestic customers will receive a tracking number from UPS once their shipment has been sent.  Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your shipment at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
