Lychee Black Tea
Black teas are fully fermented teas. During
the fermentation process, the oxygen causes the leaves to turn from green to
near black. Black tea is the ideal choice for people with sensitive stomach as
the fermentation process of tea leaves removes tannins, substances that can
cause slight discomfort in a sensitive stomach. Though some antioxidants are
lost during fermentation, black teas still maintain significant antioxidant
profiles and have been enjoyed for centuries for their rich, robust flavor.
This black tea has been imprinted with the sweet flavor and aroma of Lychee, the famous fruit of Southern China.*
