most tender tea leaves and buds are hand-picked in the early spring. Green tea
is minimally processed. The enzymes that cause oxidation and fermentation are
naturally de-activated, thus preserving the polyphenols and retaining the
strong antioxidant activity. Cooling (Yin) and detoxifying, Green tea contains
a very high content of antioxidants (catechins)
second only to White tea among all teas.*

Ingredients: Organic Green Tea
Usage: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. of
water. Heat water to near boiling temperature and steep for 3 minutes. For
stronger flavor, use more tea leaves.
