the fermentation process, the oxygen causes the leaves to turn from green to
near black. Black tea is the ideal choice for people with a sensitive stomach
as the fermentation process of tea leaves removes tannins, substances that can
cause slight discomfort in a sensitive stomach. Though some antioxidants are
lost during fermentation, black teas still maintain significant antioxidant

Ingredients: Organic Black Tea
Usage: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. of
water. Heat water to near boiling temperature and steep for 3 minutes. For
stronger flavor, use more tea leaves.
