If for whatever reason you are not happy with our products, then please return them within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit in the form of the original payment with proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Return in Retail Store:

Bring your invoice or receipt along with the products you would like to return to either of our retail locations to be processed on the same day.

Return by Mail:

If you choose to mail your return. Please call us at 1-888-55-TONIC (86642) or email us at orders@dragonherbs.com. During the return process, you will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to print and include in your return box. We will process the return upon receipt of package.

Return shipping is NOT prepaid. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.
