By far the largest and most important practice in the Chinese healthcare system is the “art of life cultivation.” It is understood that our lifestyle practices are primary in maintaining or restoring our health and for achieving longevity. Tonic herbs, self-applied acupressure and conscious exercising play a pivotal role in improving your health. They can help with all the other areas of life cultivation that we all should work on, such as sleeping well, learning how to relax, destressing, and so on.

Unlike the current prevailing ad-hoc supplement approach that seems to change fashion every year, Tonic Herbalism is a systematic approach to health. It is holistic, grounded, logical and pragmatic.

  • The Organ system in Chinese healthcare is completely different from that of the west.
  • The small “o” organ refers to the anatomical organs, as defined in the western medical science.

  • The biggest difference between the big “O” and the small “o” is psychology
  • The Emotional Spectrum
  • Unblock the blockage (“stagnation”) of the channels
